Built Tough

Dry Film Thickness

Provides data regarding the expected life of the substrate, product resilience, product appearance and establishes compliance with international standards.

Inspection Kits

Different combinations of gauges to suit different industries packed into one convenient carry case.

Corrosion and Porosity

Porosity checks are important to determine the finish of the coasting to prevent corrosions.

Climate Monitoring

Measurements such as relative humidity, temperature and dew point are crucial for coating applications to be successful.

Surface Preparation

Industry standard surface inspection methods including surface condition, blasting parameters, surface profile, surface roughness and surface cleanliness.

Wet Film Thickness

Measurement of the uncured coating enables estimation of subsequent dry film thickness. This prevents wastage and ensures coating is at the ideal level.

Measurement Areas

Dry film thickness – Provides data regarding the expected life of the substrate, product resilience, and product appearance and establishes compliance with international standards.

Inspection Kits – Different combinations of gauges to suit different industries packed into one convenient carry case.

Corrosion and Porosity – Porosity checks are important to determine the finish of the coasting to prevent corrosion.

Climate – Measurements such as relative humidity, temperature and dew point are crucial for coating applications to be successful.

Surface Preparation – Industry standard surface inspection methods including surface condition, blasting parameters, surface profile, surface roughness and surface cleanliness.

Wet Film Thickness – Measurement of the uncured coating enables estimation of subsequent dry film thickness. This prevents wastage and ensures coating is at the ideal level.

Adhesion Testers – to determine the strength of the attachment between the surface and coating to prevent potential coating failure.

Gloss and Colour Assessment – to assess the visual appearance of a product, which can establish an individual’s perception of a product.

Software Package – A complimentary user-friendly software package is provided to manage results from testing.
